You should use 32bit java.

Can you open the max-window (menu->window->max-window or ctrl-m) and post the messages here?

Thank you Martin.
btw, I have two of other questions, how can I make the output window as a real full screen to project video on wall. the other one is would you consider about add an export video function in some day. I think sometimes people don't need project video living which has been done.
if export out a video file,I can use an little player to instead of a computer.

If you have your external screen (or projector) on the left hand side of your desktop (upper border aligned to each other), then you can press "rescan" right at the bottom of the main window. this will update the output screen coordinates and the then you can toggle with the button right to it if you wanna see your output on the desktop or the screen.

There are a couple of ways to record, either use the desktop as your main screen and set all the relevant properties (menu->file->properties) to make sure your output window is upfront. and than use a screen capturing software to capture your output. now thats only working if your external screen mirrors your desktop.

the more elegant way works only with OSX and Syphon: it is possible to stream the final output render via syphon to an other video software that is able to record.

http://syphon.v002.info/ has a list of software that might help you doing that, otherwise you can code something yourself with processing, openframeworks or maxMSP.
